Gene Description TADA2A, transcriptional adaptor 2A, functions as part of the GCN5, PCAF, and STAGA histone acetyltransferase complexes, and is involved in regulation of beta-catenin signaling (PMID: 18059173). TADA2A fusions have been identified in breast carcinoma (PMID: 22101766) and in a colon cancer cell line (PMID: 29181107).
