| Gene Description | TCF7, transcription factor 7, acts downstream of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway and plays a role in the expression of Wnt target genes (PMID: 33416164), T-cell development (PMID: 23601684, PMID: 26324778), and regulating the switch between self-renewal and differentiation in hematopoietic stem cells (PMID: 22412390). A TCF7-SPI1 fusion has been identified in pediatric T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 35441457), and high expression of TCF7 has been observed in dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma (PMID: 27522523), glioblastoma (PMID: 29642232), and perihilar cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 31248836). | ||||||||||||
