Gene Description TCF7L2, transcription factor 7 like 2, is a HMG box-containing transcription factor which regulates the Wnt signaling pathway and modulates MYC expression (PMID: 18177486, PMID: 9727977). Mutations in Tcf7l2 have been found in colorectal cancers (PMID: 10919662) and premalignant colorectal neoplasia (PMID: 31781186).
