Gene Description TEAD4, TEA domain transcription factor 4, is a transcription factor which functions through the YAP1-Hippo pathway to regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis (PMID: 18579750, PMID: 29251924). Abnormal expression of Tead4 has been reported in breast cancer, testicular cancer, serous fallopian tube carcinoma (PMID: 20945341) and bladder cancer (PMID: 31455378).
