| Gene Description | TERF2, telomeric repeat binding factor 2, is a shelterin complex component involved in telomere maintenance (PMID: 38177309) and protection (PMID: 22536324, PMID: 32564646), and plays a role in regulating autophagy (PMID: 36310382) and Atm signaling (PMID: 17687332). A TERF2-PDGFRB fusion has been identified in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 38323741) and overexpression of Terf2 has been observed in esophageal carcinoma (PMID: 39328506), multiple myeloma (PMID: 29043869), and acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 39578854). | ||||||||||||
