| Gene Description | TPR, translocated promoter region, nuclear basket protein, is a nuclear pore protein with a role in cellular senescence (PMID: 21811608) and may play a role in regulating autophagy (PMID: 32207633). A TPR-FGFR1 fusion has been observed in myeloproliferative disorders and cancer (PMID: 22619110, PMID: 26391436), and TPR-NTRK1 fusions been identified in a number of tumor types, including, thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 9172002), soft tissue tumors (PMID: 27259011), and lung cancer (PMID: 29466156). | ||||||||||
