Gene Description TRAF3, TNF receptor associated factor 3, binds the TNF receptor, CD40, and is a key regulator of NF-KappaB signaling through ubiquitin-dependent degradation and therefore, regulates lymphocyte function and survival (PMID: 30319624), and tumorigenesis (PMID: 26085207). Inactivation of TRAF3 has been identified in multiple myeloma (PMID: 30319624) and lymphoma (PMID: 26085207).
