Gene Description TTK, TTK protein kinase, is also referred to as MPS1 and functions in the spindle assembly checkpoint (PMID: 27819146) and regulates Aurkb activity during mitotic chromosome alignment (PMID: 18243099). Dysregulation of TTK (MPS1) has been reported in a number of solid tumor types (PMID: 26202014), including glioblastoma, thyroid carcinoma, and breast cancer (PMID: 27819146).
