XPO1 overexpression has been observed in multiple types of cancer including, but not limited to ovarian, pancreatic (PMID: 22209898), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 31949642), colorectal cancer (PMID: 31870117), and multiple myeloma (PMID: 29610030).
