| Gene Description | USP7, ubiquitin specific peptidase 7, is a deubiquitinase that regulates protein homeostasis and is involved in diverse cellular functions (PMID: 30897496, PMID: 41157055), including cell cycle control and survival (PMID: 11923872, PMID: 18716620), DNA replication (PMID: 26950370) and mitosis (PMID: 31730000, PMID: 23348568), and DNA damage response (PMID: 25961918, PMID: 25894431). Mutations in USP7 have been identified in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 24710217, PMID: 28671688). | ||||||||||||
