| Gene Description | RMI1, RecQ mediated genome instability 1, is a component of the BTR complex, along with BLM, TOP3A, and RMI2, which mediates dissolution of Holliday junctions (PMID: 26370409, PMID: 16595695), and plays a role in DNA replication elongation, replication stress response, and DNA repair (PMID: 29042194, PMID: 30676768, PMID: 22645306). Mutations in RMI1 have been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 38349998). | ||||||||||
