Gene Description CTC1, CST telomere replication complex component 1, is part of the single-strand DNA-binding complex, CST, which is involved in telomere maintenance through the protection of telomere ends (PMID: 19854131, PMID: 38540683) and regulation of telomeric DNA replication (PMID: 34339741, PMID: 29481669). Increased expression of CTC1 has been observed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 36233645).
