| Gene Description | FXR1, FMR1 autosomal homolog 1, is an RNA-binding protein that regulates expression of genes involved in cell differentiation, development, and immune response (PMID: 27458872). Elevated expression of Fxr1 has been detected in head and neck squamous cell cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer (PMID: 30755307, PMID: 26404134, PMID: 25733852), and a FXR1-BRAF fusion has been identified in pediatric low-grade gliomas (PMID: 29156677). | ||||||||||
