| Gene Description | TAF15, TATA-box binding protein associated factor 15, is a member of the FET family of DNA/RNA-binding proteins (PMID: 30962207) and plays a role in cell proliferation and stress response (PMID: 18620564, PMID: 23128393). A TAF15-NR4A3 fusion has been associated with extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma (PMID: 24746215) and TAF15-ZNF384 fusions are recurrent in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 12359745, PMID: 27139620). | ||||||||||
