| Gene Description | NDEL1, nudE neurodevelopment protein 1 like 1, encodes a coiled-coil protein that plays a key role in mitosis via regulation of cytoskeletal remodeling and cell signaling processes and neuronal development, including neuronal cell differentiation, migration, and neurite outgrowth (PMID: 21948775, PMID: 24093049). A fusion with NDEL1 and PDGFRB has been identified in a myeloid neoplasm with eosinophilia (PMID: 27573554). | ||||||||||
