| Gene Description | LBH, LBH regulator of WNT signaling pathway, is a transcription co-factor that is regulated by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling and plays a role in mammary epithelial development (PMID: 20606007, PMID: 25655704) and cell cycle regulation (PMID: 28807995). Dysregulation of LBH has been observed in several tumor types (PMID: 37268816), including overexpression in breast cancer (PMID: 20606007) and glioma (PMID: 34739189), and decreased expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (PMID: 25557837) and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 29788015), and an LBH-ALK fusion has been identified in uterine inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (PMID: 34522753). | ||||||||||
