| Gene Description | CCNL2, cyclin L2, interacts with CDK11 (PMID: 18216018) may play a role in mRNA processing and transcription of apoptotic genes, thereby having a putative role as a tumor suppressor (PMID: 14684736). A CCLN2 fusion with PCMTD1 (PCMTD1-CCNL2) has been observed more commonly in endometrioid ovarian carcinomas than in other ovarian cancer subtypes (PMID: 29633253) and altered Ccnl2 expression has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 30987032). | ||||||||||
