Gene Description STK40, serine/threonine kinase 40, is a pseudokinase that plays an important role in endoderm and mesoderm differentiation and development, potentially through regulating MAPK and cJUN signaling (PMID: 28089446, PMID: 20080709, PMID: 31092598). Overexpression of Stk40 has been identified in triple-receptor-negative breast cancer (PMID: 29854300).
