Gene Description ZNRF3, zinc and ring finger 3, is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that negatively regulates the Wnt receptor pathway by degrading frizzled and LRP6 (PMID: 22575959). ZNRF3 is a putative tumor suppressor that has been observed to have decreased expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 27448298) and mutations have been reported in colorectal cancer (PMID: 27661107).
