Gene Description CARD11, caspase recruitment domain family, member 11, is a component of a scaffold complex that regulates NFKB activity (PMID: 23149938). Activating mutations in the CARD11 coiled-coil domain activate NFKB and have been identified in hematological cancers, including diffuse large B cell lymphoma and may confer resistance to ibrutinib (PMID: 23149938, PMID: 18323416, PMID: 27224912).
