| Gene Description | TRIM63, tripartite motif containing 63, is a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, specifically expressed in cardiac and skeletal muscles where it functions to degrade thick filament proteins (PMID: 22821932). A fusion of TRIM63 with NTRK1 has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 29683819, PMID: 28719467) and increased Trim63 expression has been observed in breast cancer (PMID: 31399258). | ||||||||||
