Gene Description KDM2B, lysine (K)-specific demethylase 2B is a histone demethylase which regulates cell cycle progression and cellular senescence (PMID: 21310926). Overexpression of Kdm2b has been observed and implicated in the progression of leukemia (PMID: 21310926), gastric cancer (PMID: 28506929), GBM (28661478), and ovarian cancer (PMID: 28706445).
