Gene Description RUNX1T1, RUNX1 translocation partner 1, encodes for a transcription factor in the RUNX1 family, which plays a role in the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells (PMID: 24586690). RUNX1T1 fusions with RUNX1 (also referred to as RUNX1-ETO) have been associated with acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 21499216, PMID: 30050054).
