| Gene Description | CBFA2T3, CBFA2/RUNX1 partner transcriptional co-repressor 3, is a member of the ETO family of proteins and a transcriptional repressor that mediates interaction with other corepressors, transcription factors and chromatin-modifying enzymes, and plays a role in cellular proliferation and differentiation (PMID: 15203199, PMID: 16407974). A CBFA2T3-GLIS2 fusion has been observed in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 30592296, PMID: 31662298, PMID: 31719049) and a NFIA-CBFA2T3 fusion has been identified in acute erythroid leukemia (PMID: 23032695). | ||||||||||||
