| Gene Description | TNFRSF18, TNF receptor superfamily member 18, is a member of the TNFR superfamily and acts as a co-stimulator to regulate activation, proliferation, and apoptosis in T-cells (PMID: 14991590, PMID: 22017440). Decreased Tnfrsf18 protein expression was observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PMID: 33569421), while increased Tnfrsf18 protein expression was observed in tumor infiltrating leukocytes in non-small cell lung cancer and renal cell carcinoma (PMID: 31358539), variants in TNFRSF18 have been identified in colorectal carcinoma (PMID: 27149842). | ||||||||||
