| Gene Description | BTRC, beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, is a member of the SKP1-CUL1-F-box complex that mediates ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins, and plays a role in regulating cell-cycle and signaling proteins (PMID: 30619291, PMID: 18285803). A fusion of BTRC with MGMT has been identified in glioma (PMID: 32753598), and overexpression of BTRC has been identified in colorectal cancer (PMID: 10882123, PMID: 15292388), and hepatoblastoma (PMID: 15958610). | ||||||||||
