| Gene Description | MAP3K6, mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 6, is a member of the apoptosis signal-regulating kinase (ASK) family that regulates stress response (PMID: 17210579, PMID: 17714688) and apoptosis (PMID: 19214184). Germline MAP3K6 mutation is associated with gastric cancer (PMID: 25340522, PMID: 29330337), mutations in MAP3K6 have been observed in mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (PMID: 36232559), and decreased expression has been observed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 19214184). | ||||||||||
