| Gene Description | USP2, ubiquitin specific peptidase 2, mediates the deubiquitination of a broad range of proteins (PMID: 12566314) and is involved in cell cycle progression, apoptosis, circadian rhythm, metabolism, and immune response (PMID: 33530560, PMID: 32201366, PMID: 42072324). A recurrent KMT2A-USP2 fusion has been identified in adult and pediatric leukemia (PMID: 30899083, PMID: 32196814) and increased expression of USP2 has been observed in group 3 and 4 medulloblastoma (PMID: 42423859), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 33074477) and glioma (PMID: 23416128). | ||||||||||||
