| Gene Description | CCNQ, cyclin Q, interacts with CDK10 to phosphorylate proteins involved in various cellular processes including cell cycle progression and growth signaling (PMID: 35291876), and to regulate degradation of the transcription factor ETS2 (PMID: 24218572), and plays a role in the regulation of the actin network and ciliogenesis (PMID: 27104747). A CCNQ splice variant has been identified in skin, lung, and breast cancers (PMID: 29247016), and CCNQ copy number gain has been observed in several tumor types, including lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and liver cancer (PMID: 37967237). | ||||||||||||
