Gene Description CD7, CD7 molecule, is a glycoprotein receptor found on T cells and NK cells (PMID: 7506726, PMID: 12594257), which plays a role in galectin-1-mediated apoptosis of T-cells (PMID: 10946254, PMID: 18355446) and regulation of cell adhesion through activation of the PI3K pathway (PMID: 11485208, PMID: 9218614).
