| Gene Description | ACVRL1, activin A receptor like type 1, encodes a transmembrane type I receptor of the TGF-beta superfamily of ligands and plays a role in angiogenesis, vascular remodeling, and the regulation of endothelial cells (PMID: 20587022, PMID: 28927913). ACVRL1 overexpression has been identified in colorectal cancer (PMID: 29636300) and breast cancer (PMID: 27742676). | ||||||||||||
