| Gene Description | CD58, CD58 molecule, is a member of the immunoglobulin family that interacts with CD2 and promotes cellular adhesion, and plays a role in the activation of T cells (PMID: 2653377, PMID: 1974032). CD58 expression has been identified in gastric carcinoma (PMID: 8550244) and overexpression in colorectal cancer (PMID: 24727892), and mutations have been identified in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 22137796). | ||||||||||
