Overexpression of Melk has been observed in a variety of tumor types, including cervical cancer (PMID: 30334367), hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 29151817), breast cancer (PMID: 27225691), melanoma (PMID: 29212029), leukemia (PMID: 25365263), endometrial carcinoma (PMID: 31915116), and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 31861475). | ||||||||||
