Zt/g4 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to MST1R (RON), leading to endocytosis of MST1R (RON), which may result in decreased downstream signaling, increased sensitivity to cytotoxic agents, and inhibition of growth of RON-expressing tumor cells (PMID: 20596675). |

Filtering
