Gene Variant Descriptions RET G810R lies within the protein kinase domain of the Ret protein (UniProt.org). G810R is associated with RET inhibitor resistance in the context of RET fusions (PMID: 31988000, PMID: 33161056, PMID: 34373541), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, its effect on Ret protein function is unknown (PubMed, Jun 2024).
