Quaratusugene Ozeplasmid GPX-001|DOTAP:cholesterol-Fus1 liposome complex|INGN 401|DOTAP:chol-Fus1 Quaratusugene Ozeplasmid is a complex of liposomal nanoparticles with a plasmid expression cassette encoding the human FUS1 protein, which may lead to induction of tumor cell apoptosis and suppression of tumor cell proliferation (PMID: 15486560).
