CD1a CAR T cells are T-lymphocytes engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD1a and containing 4-1BB and CD3zeta signaling domains, which potentially induce cytotoxicity in tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth (PMID: 30796021).

Filtering
