FTI-277 is a farnesyltransferase inhibitor (FTI). Inhibition of farnesyltransferase blocks H-Ras and K-Ras processing and reduces proliferation in cancer cells (PMID: 7592920, PMID: 29627155). |
Filtering
- Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
