Filtering

Rydapt (midostaurin) is FDA approved for FLT3-mutant AML in combination with chemotherapy, and is approved for use in aggressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis with associated hematological neoplasm, or mast cell leukemia as a single therapy (FDA.gov).
