CLDN6 CAR T-cells are T lymphocytes engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CLDN6 and containing TNFRSF9 (4-1BB) costimulatory and CD3zeta domains, which potentially inhibit tumor growth and enhance antitumor immune response (PMID: 31896660, PMID: 37872225).

Filtering
