CER-1236 comprises autologous T-lymphocytes modified to express a chimeric engulfment receptor (CER) containing the TIM4 extracellular domain linked to the CD28, CD3zeta, and TLR2 TIR-1 intracellular signaling domains, which potentially induces tumor cell cytotoxicity and phagocytosis and inhibits tumor growth (PMID: 37194236). |
Filtering
