ZI-MA4-1a comprises allogeneic NK cells expressing an engineered TCR targeting an HLA-A*02:01-restricted MAGEA4 peptide and expressing a CD3 complex with a CD8 co-receptor, which potentially induces cytokine production and inhibits tumor growth (PMID: 41480010).

Filtering
