CT-179 is a brain-penetrant OLIG2 inhibitor, which reduces OLIG2 dimerization and downstream signaling and potentially induces cell cycle arrest, differentiation, and apoptosis, and inhibits growth of Olig2-expressing tumors (PMID: 39904981). |
Filtering
