Therapy Name Patritumab
Synonyms
Therapy Description

Patritumab (U3-1287) is a monoclonal antibody that targets HER3 and inhibits ligand binding, potentially resulting in decreased activation of downstream signaling and reduced tumor growth (PMID: 24442032, PMID: 31648099).

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

ERBB3 over exp prostate cancer predicted - sensitive Patritumab Preclinical - Pdx & cell culture Actionable In a preclinical study, Patritumab (U3-1287) treatment decreased viability of patient-derived prostate cancer cells with high ERBB3 (HER3) expression in culture but did not inhibit tumor growth in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model, and did not demonstrate anti-tumor activity in cell lines with low ERBB3 (HER3) expression (PMID: 34753775). 34753775
ERBB3 positive colorectal cancer predicted - sensitive Patritumab Preclinical - Cell line xenograft Actionable In a preclinical study, Patritumab treatment resulted in reduced Erbb3 (Her3) phosphorylation in Erbb3 (Her3)-positive colorectal cancer cell lines in culture and modest antitumor activity in cell line xenograft models (PMID: 31395690). 31395690
