BI 885578 is a dual inhibitor of insulin like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF1R) and insulin receptor (INSR) that blocks downstream signaling and leads to growth inhibition in tumor cells (PMID: 26438154, PMID: 28729397). |
Filtering
