APS-2-79 is a small molecule that stabilizes the inactive conformation of kinase suppressor of ras (KSR), resulting in decreased MAPK signaling, and potentially resulting in increased sensitivity to MAPK inhibitors in RAS mutant tumors (PMID: 27556948). |
Filtering
