DM-CHOC-PEN (4-Demethyl-4-cholesteryloxycarbonylpenclomedine) is a carbonate derivative of 4-demethylpenclomedine that alkylates DNA, resulting in cell death (PMID: 19255760, PMID: 26186448).

Filtering
