FF-10501-01 is a competitive inhibitor of inosine 5'- monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) which controls guanine nucleotide synthesis, therefore results in apoptosis of tumor cells (Blood 2016 128:1640, PMID: 28599189, PMID: 32264726). |
Filtering
