Therapy Description

Eloxatin (oxaliplatin) is comprised of a platinum complex, which causes DNA-platinum cross-links, inhibition of DNA replication and transcription, and cell toxicity (NCI Drug Dictionary). Eloxatin (oxaliplatin) is FDA approved for colorectal cancer (FDA.gov).

Filtering
