Vepdegestrant (ARV-471) is a bifunctional molecule that targets the estrogen receptor (ESR1), including ESR1 variants, for proteolytic degradation resulting in reduced target gene expression and potentially leading to reduced cell proliferation and inhibition of tumor growth (Cancer Res 2019;79(4 Suppl):Abstract nr P5-04-18, PMID: 32829249). |
